IMPORTANT When fitting a metric diff centre with metric bearings into an imperial casing you will require the additional following parts. Diffs went from imperial to metric in approximately 1983, take a look at one of the heads of the four large journal end cap bolts, if ‘8.8’ is on the head it is metric, if not then it is imperial. Parts are required for fitting to both Truetrac or Detroit lockers. DA5712 Spacer ring DA5713 Imperial bearing sleeves RTC3095 Bearings. 2 x bearings are required Fitting a Detriot Truetrac to the rear of a late Defender 110 you will also need - DA5712 Spacer ring 576521 Longer bolts
